|ANSI/ASME B36.19M is a stainless steel pipe manufacturing standard. Many customers around the world use seamless and seamed stainless steel pipes delivered in accordance with this standard.|
KC-SCT manufactures seamless stainless steel pipes that meet the ASME B36.19M standard. Through rational management and manufacturing mode, it guarantees the quality of stainless steel pipes and delivers stainless steel pipe products to every customer on time.
KC-SCT can also be manufactured in accordance with various standards of ASTM A312, A213, A269, A789, A790, A632 for different manufacturing requirements of austenitic stainless steel pipes.
KC-SCT's strict production control system:
-Cold drawn or cold drawn control tolerance
-Excellent oil control and grease removal technology
-Strictly monitor the natural gas heat treatment process
-Environmental protection and efficient pickling passivation + neutralization + cleaning
-A rigorous quality inspection team (dimension inspection, surface inspection, non-destructive inspection, mechanical performance inspection, metallographic inspection)

3. Surface delivery status
Solid solution pickling: delivery after natural gas heat treatment and pickling passivation.
Surface requirements: endoscopic inspection (rejects oxide layer, peeling, corrosion, rust spots, cracks, pits)
4. Non-destructive inspection
Each stainless steel pipeline is tested according to the standard of water pressure testing and eddy current testing:
Hydrostatic pressure detection: maximum pressure 20Mpa, time 5 seconds
Eddy current flaw detection: perform inspection according to standard sample tube, conform to standard ASTM A262-E
5. Other inspections
Perform random inspections of stretching, flattening, flaring, grain size, hardness, etc. according to the standard.ANSI Pipes price
